This handout explains Sysmex's e-Verify remote “calibration verification” process. Remote calibration has been made possible thanks to software developments (specifically the SNCS networking system) that allow remote gathering of instrument service data. Sysmex is now able to verify calibration without traveling to customer sites. If instruments are adequately calibrated, and the instrument is not requiring service intervention, Sysmex does not re-calibrate or interfere with the customer operations.
