• Lecture and present at company and industry workshops

• Cultivate Industrial sponsors for training workshops and consulting

PRODUCTION

Oversee the design, creation, and printing of all products (more than a dozen books and manuals) and marketing materials (2-3 promotions per year)

• Utilize InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create manuals
• Work with graphic designers to create covers, marketing materials, posters, etc.
• Solicit and evaluate bids by printers, monitor production and quality of printed materials
• Created Training video, One-Minute QC Planning, from script, graphics, shooting schedule to production of videotape, booklet, and inserts

• Monitor and maintain adequate stocks of existing products

IT

Launched www.westgard.com; post updates, maintain archives of more than 500 articles

• Launched the e-commerce initiative for our company, evaluating vendors, establishing accounts, etc. Migrated commerce platform from Miva Merchant to Yahoo, 2008
• Create and modify Javascript and Perl scripts for CGI, calculators, quizzes and Java-based applets
• Develop and edit html files and graphics for ftp to website

Create interactive tutorials, software demos, and other downloads

• Capture screenshots, generate graphics and edit into Shockwave and Flash streaming/ standalone videos
