We are pleased to make public another contribution from one of our recent workshop participants. Mr. Bragat attended our Six Sigma workshop in 2003, and while there, created a spreadsheet that implemented some of the instruction.
It's an updated version of our Method Decision Chart (MEDx) with Six Sigma metrics included in the graphing. Thus, after entering your quality requirement, imprecision, and inaccuracy, you will not only get your Sigma metric, you will instantly see what improvements are needed to acheive higher Sigma metrics.
