Not the usual journal I expect. But even more curious, the title of the paper is "An overview of quality control, quality assurance, and quality management in clinical biochemistry laboratory"
Now let's read part of the Conclusion:
"The overall quality assessment of the clinical biochemistry laboratory has evolved, wherein internal quality control has been the core of QC that is reinforced by integral external quality assessment that ensures functional competence of clinical laboratories in conducting test and overall performance of the laboratory. Measurement of instrument function is important for interncal QC whereas, the authenticity of recent test results is reassured and transferability of assessment result among laboratories is confirmed through external QC."
Seeing that, what would you conclude about this paper, these authors, this journal?
